Thank you to all the people that have visited and revisited over last 4 years.
  
 
 
   In order not to be disappointed, it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible. (flights are cheaper that way too). 
  I have now many regulars who like certain weeks of the year. If this is you, don't leave it too late to book. You all know I work strictly on a first come basis. Its fair to everyone.

The Apartment.  
Private rentals for MINERVA 709
 
             The apartment is situated in one of the more popular areas of the   COSTA DEL SOL
Benalmadena
 If you are fortunate to have had a holiday here before then I feel sure you know what I'm talking about.
 The holiday starts at the airport and whether you are getting a taxi or hiring a car I'm sure you will find the journey to the Minerva not too long or troublesome.
 
  The keys are collected from a point arranged before you set off. It could be either at the reception or from THE HALF WAY INN which is situated about 100mts from the Minerva.
  When you go into the entrance you will find the reception to the right and the lifts to the left (up the ramp)

On this view the reception is directly in front of you with
 the main entrance to the right and the lifts behind you.
 
Go up the ramp and take 1 of  the 4 lifts to the right.  Go to the 7th floor and find the entrance to the apartment 709.  The door is secured by means of 2 dead bolt locks. Best work that one out yourselves.

  BATHROOM

  

The bathroom is fully tiled and consists of a bath / shower.

Sink with mixer tap, toilet and bidet.

BEDROOM

 

The bedroom is tastefully decorated. It comprises of 2 single beds,

fully fitted mirrored wardrobes and bedside drawers.

There is a safety deposit box provided free for you to use.

LOUNGE / KITCHENETTE 

 

 Within the lounge there is a new bed/settee which easily opens to create

a double bed or if you prefer, pull out the base for two single beds.

There is a T.V. which is connected to  communal cable system. 

 Programmes you can receive are BBC ITV + many others.

There is an Air Conditioning which is operated by inserting 1 euro coins into a meter. about 24p per hour

There is also a patio door which leads you out to the balcony, see other photos.

KITCHENETTE

 

The kitchen is nicely compact and has a fridge/freezer,  FULL oven and hob, microwave and sink. Kettle and toaster.
